Helen H.J. Suh
Helen Suh is an associate in the Business Transactions Department of Wildman Harrold. Helen represents individuals, privately-held and public entities in all aspects of corporate transactions, including structuring and documenting mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, financing arrangements and governance arrangements. She works with private equity funds in fund formation, investment transactions and regulatory compliance and public companies in matters of SEC compliance and public reporting. Helen also assists financial institutions in a variety of commercial loan transactions, including real estate acquisition, development and construction loans.
In addition to her corporate transaction representation, Helen has experience in assisting clients with their real estate transactions. She has worked with real estate developers and investors, as well as businesses with real estate assets, in the acquisition, disposition, construction, development and leasing of commercial facilities and residential developments.
Representative Experience:
- Assisted Plano Molding Company, a leading supplier of branded plastic organizational products, in its agreement with Tinicum Capital Partners to recapitalize the company in partnership with Plano’s current management.
- Assisted The Revere Group, an information technology and e-business solutions company, in its acquisition by NTT Data Corporation.
- Assisted a private equity fund in its acquisition of the nation’s leading manufacturer of components for bridges, highways and elevated roadway structures doing business in North America, Asia and the Middle East.
- Assisted a private equity fund in its acquisition of a producer of mineral wool insulation products for commercial and industrial applications, including the mezzanine debt financing for the transaction.
