Charles A. Stern
Charles Stern is a partner in the Business Transactions Department of Wildman Harrold. A skilled and respected corporate lawyer with years of experience, he advises middle market businesses in every legal capacity, from inception to expansion to succession and estate planning. He counsels many types of business organizations, including communications-related companies and manufacturers as well as not-for-profit organizations, handling issues related to contract matters, purchases, sales, reorganizations, loans, and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he is experienced in private securities matters including private placements and secured financings.Representative Experience:
- Recent work includes the purchase and sale of various businesses for an automobile and truck aftermarket parts manufacturer and the sale of a significant airfreight business

Prior to starting his legal career, Chuck served as a destroyer officer in the U.S. Navy.
