- Represent defendant/counter-claimant Fun Dish against a trademark infringement action brought by Dish Network.
- Represented an investment company defending against claims alleging copyright infringement and vicarious liability for copyright infringement related to the company’s investment in a web-based company that hosts video and music.
- Defended a domain name registrar against claims alleging antitrust, RICO, suppression, breach of contract, and negligence claims related to the sale of domain names.
- Represented Fortune 100 company in large-scale trademark infringement actions, involving thousands of defendants in coordinated mass actions.
- Represented a leading producer and supplier of electronics in a number of complex class actions brought across the country focusing on claims for products liability, consumer fraud, and unfair competition.
- Represented a leading manufacturer and supplier of synthetic fibers used in construction in a number of actions alleging class claims for product liability and negligence, consolidated mass actions, and false advertising and Lanham Act claims. The case ultimately went to trial and a verdict favorable to the client was achieved.
- Engaged and represented a leading biometrics company in a licensing dispute with a competitor over core technology. A favorable resolution was reached in which the client was able to purchase the core technology and avoid litigation.
- Represented a major health care provider pursuing $100 million of insurance proceeds to cover settlements and expenses incurred in defending a number of underlying actions.
