Audrey H. Rubin
Audrey Rubin is the Chief Operating Officer of Wildman Harrold. As COO, she directs and oversees the firm’s business operations.For the past 28 years, Ms. Rubin has worked both as an attorney in private practice and in several executive management positions. Prior to joining Wildman Harrold, Audrey served as COO for the Chicago law firm of Butler Rubin Saltarelli & Boyd LLP. Previously, she worked as an Officer and General Counsel and Vice President for two international companies – Apollo Travel Services and the accounting firm of Grant Thornton.
Audrey is a frequent speaker and author on law firm management, the relationship between law firms and their clients, and related topics. The Chicago Tribune, National Law Journal and Today’s Chicago Woman have profiled her work. She was founder and Chair of the Illinois Task Force on Gender Bias in the Courts and has served as a member of the Board of Managers of the Chicago Bar Association.
She has been a board member of several domestic and international corporations and has served as a board member of the Association of Yale Alumni. She is also on the national board of the Sapphire Society and was the first recipient of the Jewish National Fund “Woman of Valor” award.
Audrey and her husband live in a suburb of Chicago with their two daughters. For many years, Audrey has been involved and often served as the lead in the Chicago Bar Association’s annual “Christmas Spirits” show.
