- Lead counsel throughout the nation in numerous patent infringement lawsuits involving electrical, chemical, mechanical, and software-based technologies. Successful litigation of patent infringement disputes through trial and appeal to the Federal Circuit representing plaintiffs and defendants.
- Serve as patent counsel to an industry-leading, publicly-held innovator and manufacturer of nanocrystalline materials. Manage patent portfolio and oversee all domestic and foreign patent filings. Provide full range of patent-related services including representation in licensing, enforcement, and patent re-examination matters.
- Develop patent portfolio for a leading electrical networking equipment manufacturer. Range of services includes drafting and prosecuting patent applications, performing product review due diligence and analysis, and investigating potential infringement claims.
- Serve as outside patent counsel for a major on-line travel services provider. Develop and manage patent portfolio of software and Internet related technologies and provide counseling related to implementation of patent programs and product review evaluations.
- Lead counsel in an interference proceeding before the Board of Patent Appeals and Interferences on behalf of a Fortune 500 chemical company. Favorable resolution obtained prior to the conclusion of the proceedings.
- Serve as outside counsel for a leading water distribution equipment manufacturer. Perform clearance analysis for new products, review competing products for potential infringement, patent counseling regarding new product designs, and obtain patent protection for new products and developments.
- Patent prosecution counsel for a leading aerospace corporation. Drafting and procurement of patents in wide-ranging technologies such as: engines, navigation systems, communication and control systems, pneumatics, landing systems and fuselage designs.
- Serve as outside counsel to an industry-leading consumer manufacturing company. Oversee development of patent portfolio and conduct product clearance evaluations. Enforcement of patent portfolio in a highly competitive environment.
- Serve as U.S. patent and litigation counsel for an international manufacturer of commercial cleaning machines, sweepers, scrubbers and carpet extractors.
- Serve as outside patent counsel for international video display manufacturer in managing and prosecuting all domestic and foreign patent filings.
- Serve as litigation and patent prosecution counsel for large manufacturer of agricultural equipment.
- Serve as patent counsel for a developer of high speed, roll-to-roll forms manufacturing equipment also used for in-line manufacture of RFID devices.
