  • Counsels on legal compliance related to advertising and promotions in all forms of media, including sweepstakes, skill contests, charitable promotions, coupons, rebates, web sites, e-mail and text message campaigns, and viral marketing
  • Counsels on privacy issues related to marketing practices, web sites, data collection and use, and drafts web site terms of use and privacy policies
  • Drafts and negotiates transactional documents related to promotions, including sponsorship, co-promotion, licensing, and other e-commerce, technology, and promotion agreements
  • Counsels and represents clients in the areas of computer fraud, computer and network security, and cyberstalking
  • Represents clients in various intellectual property litigation matters, with special focus on trademark, trade secret, industrial espionage and unfair competition litigation
  • Counsels and represents clients in domestic and foreign trademark prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement matters, as well as domain name registration, maintenance, and arbitration under the UDRP
