Sheldon Migdal is Of Counsel in the Business Transactions Department of Wildman Harrold. With much experience in tax planning as well as trial and administrative advocacy, Sheldon offers transactional, operational, and regulatory counseling for mercantile, manufacturing, and medical professional businesses. In addition, Sheldon provides counsel regarding executive and general business compensation, as well as pension and retirement planning. After graduating from law school, Sheldon served as a Special Trial Attorney, Tax Division, U.S. Department of Justice (1961–1966).
