John Luburic is an associate in the Litigation Department of Wildman Harrold. He represents and advises businesses and individuals in complex litigation matters in a variety of substantive areas, including antitrust law, product liability law, state consumer fraud law, and general contract law.

Representative Experience:

  • Counseled global health care company on a multitude of commercial litigation and product liability matters involving both pharmaceutical products and medical devices
  • Represented pharmaceutical company in individual and class action product liability lawsuits filed nationwide involving diet drugs and hormone replacement therapy
  • Represented pharmaceutical company in class action antitrust and consumer fraud lawsuits filed nationwide involving settlements of patent litigation between brand name and generic pharmaceutical manufacturers
  • Represented Toys “R” Us in its successful breach of contract litigation against Amazon.com in Toysrus.com, et al. v. Amazon.com, et al.
  • Defended pro bono client in criminal trial in Illinois state court against charges of armed robbery and aggravated battery
