Jason Logue

Jason Logue is an associate in the Corporate Department of Wildman Harrold. Jason represents individuals and privately held entities in all aspects of corporate transactions. He also advises healthcare providers on federal regulatory compliance. In 2007, as a member of the Northwestern University Federal Appellate Clinic, Jason appealed the conviction of a federal inmate and delivered the oral argument before the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Representative Experience:

  • Represents clients in all aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, financing and refinancing arrangements, governance arrangements, and employment and consulting arrangements
  • Represents clients in the formation of corporate entities and professional corporations, including drafting bylaws, operating agreements, limited partnership agreements and other organizational documents
  • Counsels healthcare providers on regulatory compliance including: Federal Anti-Kickback Laws; the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA); and Federal Physician Self-Referral Prohibitions (Stark I, II, and III)
  • Counsels clients regarding the SBIC licensing process and compliance with SBA regulations applicable to SBICs
