Howard N. Gilbert
Howard Gilbert is a partner in the Business Transactions Department of Wildman Harrold. Howard has extensive experience in the real estate industry representing developers, investors and mortgage bankers. Howard has represented major developers in the Chicago metropolitan area and other parts of the U.S.. He has represented developers and investors in complex real estate developments of commercial, industrial and mixed-type projects. Howard also has extensive experience representing individuals and institutions investing in companies needing capital, including both start-up companies and existing companies seeking additional capital. He has acted as counsel to investment bankers serving as merger and acquisition advisors, and to Boards of Directors seeking independent counsel when exercising their fiduciary duties. In addition, he counsels clients on business succession planning, structuring estates, trusts and transfers, and individual and business tax planning.Publications And Presentations:
