Bennett will speak on "Securing Adequate Terms Addressing Software Installation, Support and Maintenance" as part of a panel at ACI's Software Licensing Agreements conference in San Francisco on October 6-7, 2009. Bennett will serve on the panel with Sean Garrison of Lewis & Roca and David Hayes of Dorsey & Whitney.
