Marina Depietri

Marina Depietri is an associate in the Intellectual Property Department of Wildman Harrold’s Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on trademark, copyright, entertainment, advertising, sweepstakes and privacy matters. Marina represents a broad range of clients including those in the entertainment, new media and technology industries.


Representative Experience:

  • Advise clients regarding the selection, clearance, prosecution, enforcement and maintenance of trademark and copyright assets
  • Manage U.S. and international trademark portfolios for clients
  • Prepare IP and entertainment agreements relating to video footage licensing, branding, sponsorship, event production, celebrity appearances and artwork releases
  • Handle domain name transfer agreements, domain name disputes and Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy ("UDRP") proceedings
  • Assist clients with web site Terms of Use and DMCA copyright policies
  • Provide support for litigation – including work in pleadings, discovery motions and trial briefs – in the areas of copyright, trademark and trade dress law
