One of the goals of the summer program is to acquaint each summer associate with as much of the firm's practice as possible. Summer associates may request assignments in a number of practice areas, with priority given to their area of greatest interest. Two of our attorneys are responsible for assigning and monitoring assignments submitted by lawyers in every practice group. They work to ensure that all summer associates receive a variety of challenging projects.

Throughout the summer, the program leaders will check in with you to make sure that you are not underworked and overpaid ;-) and that your projects meet your expectations.

You will receive direct feedback from the attorneys with whom you work after each assignment is completed. You will have a formal mid-summer review with the summer program leaders and another meeting with them at the end of the summer.
