Associate. Used as a noun, it is defined as "a member of a club, for example, or of a law firm, especially a newly licensed attorney...." Used as a verb it means, "to spend time together with somebody." Used at Wildman Harrold it means both. Our newly licensed attorneys spend a great deal of their time here with others: with fellow associates, with partners, with clients, and with a talented and helpful support staff. Two overriding goals inform the use of this time: to train young attorneys to become the best practitioners possible and to make life in the workplace fulfilling, rewarding, and enjoyable.
