Preliminary Interviews — LA

We are located at 9665 Wilshire Boulevard (at Bedford), Suite 200, in Beverly Hills. Please ask for Kathryn Giffin when you arrive. Kathryn will ask you to complete a short preliminary conflicts screening form, and you will then meet with one of our attorneys for approximately 30 minutes. If you drive to our offices, you can park in the building's guest parking lot. Please ask our receptionist for parking validation. You will receive an e-mail a day or two prior to your interviews with the name of the attorney with whom you will interview. We are located at 225 West Wacker Drive, on the corner of Wacker & Franklin, across the river from the Merchandise Mart. Please be prepared to show a picture I.D. at the building's security desk and obtain a visitor's pass. Please ask for Sue Cicero when you arrive. Sue will ask you to complete a short preliminary conflicts screening form, and you will then meet with one of our attorneys for approximately 30 minutes. You will receive an e-mail a day or two prior to your interviews with the name of the attorney with whom you will interview. Call-Back Interviews — LA

You can choose from one of the following schedules: 10:30 a.m. — Noon or 2:30 p.m. — 4:00 p.m. When you arrive, our Office Manager will greet you. You will then interview individually with three attorneys (associates and partners), including attorneys in the practice area in which your are interested. If the attorney with whom you initially interviewed is in the office, he or she will meet with you again briefly during your callback visit. If there is a particular attorney with whom you would like to meet or any subject matter you would like to discuss during your call-back interview, please mention this to our Recruiting Department when you schedule your callback interview. We will make every effort to schedule you with the appropriate person.

Call-Back Interviews — Chicago

When you arrive, a member of the recruiting department will greet you. You will then interview individually with five or six attorneys (associates and partners), including attorneys in the practice area in which you are interested. If the person with whom you initially interviewed is in the office, he or she will briefly meet with you again during your callback visit. If there is a particular attorney with whom you would like to meet or any subject matter you would like to discuss during your call-back interview, please mention this to our Recruiting Department when you schedule your callback interview. We will make every effort to schedule you with the appropriate person.

Out-Of-Town Candidates

We work with a travel agency that will make your airline and hotel reservations for you. Airfare will be directly billed to the firm. We will immediately reimburse you for all reasonable travel-related expenses, including hotel charges, taxis, meals, and mileage. Original receipts must be submitted with your reimbursement form.
