Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) policy at
no cost to the employee. Additional life insurance for employee,

All insurance becomes effective the first day of the following month after hire date.
Short Term Disability
is a benefit of Wildman Harrold. You are eligible for STD
after one year of service. The firm pays 100% of your salary
for the first 90 days of medical leave.
Maternity Leave
This benefit allows an associate who gives birth to a child
to remain on paid leave for an additional period of time following
the end of the disability, up to a maximum of 12 weeks. Eligibility
after one year of service.
Parental Leave
Wildman Harrold recognizes that employees who become parents
through birth or adoption may have special needs, and the
firm is committed to assisting new parents who request time
off to attend to family matters. Eligible employees will be
provided with paid Parental Leave in accordance with the policy.
Long Term Disability is an optional benefit. Premiums are paid 100% by the employee. The premium is deducted after-tax so that the benefit is tax-free. Upon approval, LTD pays 60% of your salary after the 90-day elimination period. There is also an option to enroll in supplemental disability insurance through MetLife. This supplemental insurance will provide an additional $7,500 per month or an additional 15% of coverage, whichever is less.
Pre-Tax Savings Programs
The Firm offers pre-tax parking, transit, health care and
dependent care reimbursement accounts. These programs allow
the employee to pay for out-of-pocket parking, transit, health
care and daycare costs with pre-tax dollars by way of payroll
deduction. The employee reduces his/her income taxes by using
pre-tax dollars to purchase these services.
Back Up Child Care
Wildman Harrold understands the challenges of balancing family

whether the problem is personal or work related. It is also
a great information resource! The EAP is offered at no cost
to all employees. It is completely voluntary and confidential.
