Jonathan Bohlen
Jon Bohlen is a partner in the Business Transactions Department of Wildman Harrold. Jonathan represents private equity and corporate clients in a variety of complex transactions including investments in privately held companies, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, corporate reorganizations, and joint ventures. He also routinely handles partnership and LLC agreements and corporate governance matters. Jon partners with clients to deliver a value-added, business-focused solution in each transaction.
Representative Experience:
- Represented a U.S. client in its acquisition of a controlling interest in a distressed German environmental remediation firm and in the client’s senior loan to the German firm.
- Represented a client in its equity investment in a Tennessee-based building fixtures manufacturer.
- Represented a client in making subordinated loans to a Colorado and California-based plastic injection molding business.
- Represented the sellers of a family-owned electrical components company in the sale of their business. The company manufactures precision components for a variety of industries, including the defense and aerospace industries.
- Represented the sellers of a privately held education company in the sale of their business to a national media company. The company primarily provides streaming educational content over the Web.
