- Negotiating and structuring transactions relating to the development, production and distribution of theatrical motion pictures and all forms of entertainment content and programming for delivery via television, home entertainment devices, the internet and mobile devices.

- Negotiating and structuring transactions for premier brand marketers in connection with film and television productions and all other media.
Fred’s insightful counsel is founded on his insider understanding, gained from years as a top studio executive. He served as President of the Columbia TriStar Motion Picture Companies, overseeing the business and operations of Columbia Pictures, TriStar Pictures, Sony Pictures Classics, Sony Pictures Releasing, and Columbia TriStar Film Distributors International.
